I feel like I’ve been taken advantage of everytime I step into the maintenance department. This time I needed a new def tank and was told the part was 1200 dollars and 3 hours labor. I looked the part up and the genuine gm def tank was under 700 dollars. Also he called back 2 hours later and said it was finished which I was grateful they got it in and finished so quickly but I still got charged for 3 hours of labor.

I just want to say the staff is excellent and a great shout out to Jack Metcalf great salesman who will work on getting the best deal Jack is a honest person thank Jac and rob wood for all you done you guys made a believer of me.

It was a great experience. I was able to test drive multiple new trucks and ultimately, decided on a new AT4.

Everything was fine until we realized that the ceramic coating that was added to the deal wasn’t actually done. We went in to talk to the sales person and he said “he was going to contact us”. We were there closing the deal why not tell us then and not make us find out on our own? Also, the seal on the panoramic sunroof is completely messed up on a brand new vehicle when this purchase was timed when it was for a vacation to Florida. So far not so good. The main thing for the poor review is the sales person not calling us back once the sell was complete when we reached out to get the coating scheduled asap since we didn’t get anything in writing on that. We had two referrals set to send in but that is not happening now.

I asked for a bottle of water. Tanner said he’d get me a cup. Never got it. I even Went to my car and got my thermos. It did not trigger his memory & say sorry he forgot . I Can’t believe they don’t offer a water or soda. Upon leaving, he pushed OnStar and shut the door. No explanation why. So I was struggling in new car forced to be on the phone. On star asked why I was calling. I said I have no idea. Salesman pushed the button. I didn’t need a pushy sales pitch when I needed to be concentrating driving my new car !!

I unfortunately got a flat tire on Wednesday, by Friday, my tire was 100% replaced! They ordered my tire immediately and got it in to work on it.

I appreciate the low pressure sales with no BS I experienced from other dealers.

My sales person, Randy Schmitt, was accomadating and so patient from the moment we met. Randy was energetic w/o being zealous/anxious everytime i asked him to show me a feature or a difference. Randy listened when i was talking, without turning away or looking away or looking at his phone. I had been to 4-5 dealerships of different and same brand(s) looking to find the perfect truck for my needs/desires and so often post covid sales people just don't really listen, most just hear. Randy and the basically every employee I spoke with was just genuinely concerned and were kind, from a mechanic to the dealership manager to a receptionist all gave me the impression that i was valued. I had been shopping for a new truck for about 5 months all the while visiting the largest to the smallest dealerships and i instantly felt comfortable and confident at Expressway GMC. One of the easiest buying experiences I've ever had and I've been buying cars/trucks for almost 50 years since I am noe in my 60s. There are 6-7 dealerships closer to me, I'll drive the extra 45 minutes to come back here whenever the need arises and I wont even mind thanks to the entire staff at Expressway GMC and Randy Schmitt.

It took two and a half hours to change the tire pressure gauge. A nail was pulled out of my tire without my consent and then I was expected to pay for the patch. No one ever came out and asked if I wanted it or if I had the money to pay for that service. The customer service person wasn't apologetic or even seemed to care and a manager never came out to speak with me even though the employee knew I was not happy. We will not be visiting this dealership again and we have bought our last 5 vehicles from here.

I had the usual service of my equinox and everyone I came into contact with was very friendly and professional.

I brought my car in for a diagnostic check and it was something covered under my extended warranty. They gave me a loaner car that day and kept my car, got it repaired and I picked it up the next day. Quick turn around.

My wife can't make up her mind on anything. Tanner was very patient with her. Came back a 2nd day before she decided. Very quick and easy process to get us in a new vehicle. Only thing I didn't like is we had GMC badges replaced with black ones and cost over 300 dollars. When we picked up i couldn't find the new ones that came off new vehicle. Called and they said, we throw them away. I'm sure they cost as much as replacements and I would have like to have them back. The guy said, they probably broke. Why would you break brand new badges? That was our only problem with the whole process.

Finance lied to me. Did not send my loan application to my bank for approval. Sent to Wells Fargo with a much higher rate so he could get more on the backside from them. He said he sent info to my bank. He did not. I went to my bank the next morning. They did not receive the loan app. So I had to get the Sales manager involved. I got a whole lot cheaper rate for my bank. He was very rude and lied to me. How many other customers is he doing that to? Very poor business. And I am an employee of Expressway Ford. Wht kind of signal is that sending out to other customers? How do you expect to respond with what kind service did it get and was i taken care of when someone ask where I got my new vehicle and did they treat my right?

The time it took for regular routine service was very reasonable this time, unlike many of my visits in the past. I was in and out in less than an hour, despite the parking lot being full.

Total transmission replacement in a 2019 Silverado 1500. It took almost a full 9 weeks from start to finish, but the dealership provided me with a loaner vehicle the whole time. They even got me into a truck on my request to pull a trailer for a family outing. Good communication, and great service. The delay was getting the actual transmission from GM.

This had to be one of the easiest truck buying experiences I've ever had. From the initial test drive to signing the purchase paperwork. Very smooth, quick and no hard sell tactics.

I had what I considered an emergency when I realized one of my tires was flat, and had to cancel an important appointment. In a panic, I called for service and they made time for me that afternoon. My tire wasn't repairable so a new one was ordered and the problem was resolved the next day. Great customer service.

They got me fixed up with a warranty issue & all's good. Miss Breeze was informative & professional

I asked for something to be done and after my oil change the service text said that my vehicle was done. I asked was my filters were changed like it was written on the job sheet and he said no that he forgot to tell the mechanic. Then comes back when we’re leaving after paying and says that the mechanic did check and they were good. I call BS on that after he says different plus the glove box was even touch to say the cabinet filter was okay. So I’m very disappointed and I drive from Elberfeld for this BS.

He was polite and I did not feel pressure to purchase something I did not like. He was knowledgeable about the various products and gave me things to think about in making my decision.
